Putnam County Library during and after the flood (Ottawa Branch)
Our local library was flooded upto 2 feet deep on the first floor and completely filled in the basement. The loss was 1/2 of the contents, books and will not be back in the building for quite some time. At this time the library has been completely stripped to bare walls and waiting for a complete rebuild inside, new heating, electric, phones, etc.
